By using this website, booking an appointment, or hiring Jay & Beee for any service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy.
Who we are
Jay & Beee LLC, doing business as Jay & Beee Multi-Service Help Center, is a home-based, appointment-only business in Union, New Jersey, serving Union and Essex County by mobile and virtual appointment.
What we do — and what we are not
We provide administrative, document preparation, design, tutoring, custom product, social media, and small business support services. We are not a law office, government agency, licensed insurance agency, tax advisory firm, or financial advisory firm, and we do not provide legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice. Our help is practical and administrative — we prepare and organize work based on the information you give us.
Quotes & pricing
The prices on our website are starting ranges. Your final price depends on the scope, size, and quantity of the work. We provide a free quote for any service or bundle, and we confirm the price with you before any work begins. You will always know the cost before we start.
Payment & deposits
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash, Zelle, and Cash App
- PayPal, Square, and Stripe
- Major credit and debit cards
A deposit is required before we begin work on custom products and larger projects. Any remaining balance is due on or before delivery, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Revisions & approvals
Most design services include two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are quoted separately. You approve all final documents, designs, and files before they are submitted, printed, or delivered. Once you approve your work, it is considered final, and you are responsible for the content you approved.
Custom products & printing
Printed and custom products are fulfilled through our trusted print partners. Printed-product pricing depends on quantity, and a deposit is required before materials are ordered. Production and turnaround times are estimates, and small variations in color, material, or finish can occur with printed goods. Once materials are ordered or production has begun, deposits for those materials may be non-refundable.
Appointments — mobile & virtual
We work by appointment only. We offer mobile appointments within our service area and virtual appointments by video, phone, or email. Mobile appointments may include a travel consideration in your quote. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the time to someone else.
Your responsibilities
We prepare your documents, designs, and forms using the information you provide. You are responsible for giving us accurate, complete, and truthful information, and for reviewing everything before you approve it. You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, photos, text, or other materials you give us to work with.
No guarantees of outcome
We work carefully and professionally, but we cannot guarantee outcomes that are not ours to decide. We do not guarantee employment, the approval of any application, benefit, or immigration request, or specific business results. Approval and hiring decisions are made by the official agency, program, employer, or other third party — not by us.

Your designs & intellectual property
When your project is fully paid, the final approved design files are yours to use for the purpose we agreed on. We may keep copies of completed work for our records and may show non-confidential work as examples in our portfolio — if you would prefer we not show your project, just let us know and we will keep it private. You keep ownership of any materials you provided to us.
Limitation of liability
We provide our services with care, but to the fullest extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific service. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or errors caused by inaccurate information provided to us, or by third-party services such as printers, payment processors, hosting, or government systems.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. By continuing to use our services after a change, you agree to the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts located in New Jersey.
